“My training helps me every day in my job”

Maria Pinder from Larrakia Nation Aged Care has just completed Certificate III in Aged Care to go with the Certificate III in Home and Community Care she completed in 2015.

Maria has worked hard and with the fantastic support of Sharon she has achieved her goals. Maria spoke of just how wonderful Sharon had been in helping and inspiring her.

While delivering a speech at a small celebration at Larrakia Nation Aged Care Maria encouraged her coworkers to get involved in training and even if they have certificates you can always learn new things. Probably the most important thing Maria said was “my training helps me every day in my job”
