COVID-19 has changed how we all live and work, what has not changed is that HK are here to help you and your community.
Although we cannot have you in our office or visit you due to community closures and our commitment to keeping our staff and clients safe, we are only a phone call away. Between 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday you can free call 1800728508 or call 89272499 to speak with one of our Money Support Workers or our Financial Counsellor.
We can email paperwork to someone in your community that has access to a computer, the internet and a printer and they can return it to us via email.
With your permission and a signed Third Party Authority form we can call companies to ask questions and give answers on your behalf.
We would like to acknowledge the support we are receiving from local Centrelink agents and Regional Council staff for their assistance printing and scanning documents so that we can continue to service clients in this COVID-19 world.
