Minjilang Community Development Program BBQ

Last week in Minjilang, HK Money Management and JobFind joined together to have a BBQ down at the beach for the participants in the Community Development Program (CDP). Patrick and Clancy were on hand to cook up a feed for the men, who have been working hard and doing a great job of keeping the community clean. We gave some promo gear to the JobFind Manager, Stephen, who handed it out to the men he thought were showing good leadership skills and setting an example to be followed by the others. Afterwards, all of the guys sat down to tell stories and have a yarn about ways to improve money management skills and financial literacy in the community.

In unrelated news, after work was a successful week for our young men, Patrick caught his first Barra on a hand-line and Clancy speared his first mud crab.

Patrick and Nathan will be back out to Minjilang on March 7.
