Enhanced Income Management is now here

Enhanced Income Mangement was introduced across the Northern Territory on 6 March 20203. The Cashless Debit Card (CDC) is now gone, however the HKTC CDC Support Service will continue up until 30 June 2023 in the West Arnhem Land and Kakadu communities of Gunbalanya, Jabiru, Mudginberri, Warruwi and Minjilang. Th eservice will provide ongoing education and assistance to any person who is or has participated in the now ceased CDC program or is entitled to receive Income Support in a previous CDC location.
