Another Wadeye success!!!

HK would like to congratulate Margaret Kungul from Thamarrurr Aged Care at Wadeye joins Florine Lantjin in completing both the Certificate III in Home and Community Care and the Certificate III in Aged Care.

Margaret has attended training funded by the Department of Health through the Northern Territory Community Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Training Project and has worked hard to achieve such a great result.

Glenda Teede the CEO from West Daly Regional Council attended a graduation celebration for Margaret and presented her with her framed certificates. Margaret is pictured below with her family who re incredibly proud of her.

Sharon Kendall has done the bulk of the training at Wadeye but Julie McCrohan has also pitched in and helped, they are both amazing trainers and assessors and we are so lucky to have had them at HK for so many years.

Again, congratulations to Margaret and all the other students who work so hard to gain skills and knowledge to help the aged care clients in their communities.
