Free Training Resources Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Training Resources Now Available

The development of these resources by HK Training & Consultancy has been funded by the Department of Social Services to address the need for culturally appropriate training resources suitable for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

The resources cover 14 units of competency. All student and trainer workbooks and other student activities and resources are available for download in our Training Resource Centre. In addition 15 DVD’s have been produced to support students learning which can be ordered for delivery at no cost.

After years of work to have the resources finally available for distribution is fantastic news. HK hopes that they can go some way to enhancing the learning experience for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and contribute to achievement of positive outcomes.
